We're planning something special for Saturday mornings this summer... Keep an eye out for upcoming Groove on the Prom sessions, starting at 9.15am.

We’re planning a series of Groove on the Prom sessions on selected Saturday mornings throughout the summer, starting at 9.15am next to Babble in Hove.

There’s something rather special about moving by the sea. Fresh air, an uplifting playlist in your headphones and the chance to start the weekend feeling energised and connected.

We’ll be confirming dates very soon, so keep an eye on the website and social media for updates.

Whether you’re a regular Groover or have been thinking about coming along for the first time, we’d love to see you on the prom this summer.
