Special Inside Beach Groove - Chilled but not chilly - Sunday 10th November - Sea Lanes Brighton

We are lucky enough to secure the studio space above Sea Lanes for an extended special Groove!
Experience the magic of a Groove class with the view of the beach! And with an extended class we have time to bask in all the stages of the Groove from mindful and meditative to upbeat dance and cardio to singalong fun all the way back to relaxing and chilling out with stillness at the end. So you will leave ‘worked out’, smiley and relaxed!
